Key Responsibilities
  • Contact potential and existing clients via phone to promote real estate projects.
  • Qualify leads and understand client needs and budgets.
  • Present project details, pricing, and payment plans clearly and professionally.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Follow up with clients and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly call, lead conversion, and sales targets.
  • Handle client objections and provide accurate responses.
  • Update clients on new projects, offers, and availability.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales or call center roles (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work with targets and KPIs.
