Key Responsibilities
- Aggressive Cold Calling: Execute high-volume, professional outbound cold calls daily to identify, qualify, and engage prospective B2B clients across diverse industries.
- Lead Management: Maintain and manage a robust pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate data capture and effective follow-up scheduling.
- Client Needs Analysis: Quickly understand complex client needs in advertising, branding, and creative design to accurately position WD's unique service offerings.
- Relationship Building: Nurture new contacts and handle initial inquiries with exceptional communication to build positive foundational relationships.

What You Bring (Mandatory Qualifications)
- EXPERIENCE: 5+ Years of proven, high-volume B2B telesales, cold calling, and lead generation experience. Must demonstrate a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- AGENCY BACKGROUND: Direct, recent experience working for an Advertising, Marketing, or Creative Design Agency is a MUST.
- COMMUNICATION/SALES SKILLS: Exceptional persuasive communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills. Must be highly comfortable and confident making calls to senior executives.
- LANGUAGE: fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal) is essential for servicing our multinational client base.
- RESIDENCY: Riyadh residency is a mandatory requirement.
- TECH SKILLS: High proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
