Job summary

ABS is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager in Jeddah to drive business growth across government, retail, hospitality, and non-profit sectors. The role focuses on selling technology hardware and software, managing client relationships, and guiding end-to-end sales cycles.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in tech sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and fluency in Arabic and English. Travel within KSA and client meetings are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years in sales, business development, or account management within technology.
• Proven experience selling hardware, software, IT solutions.
• Strong B2B sales and account management with targets.
• Willing to travel for client meetings across KSA.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication.
• Knowledge of the Saudi business environment; able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via outdoor sales, visits, networking, and business development activities.
• Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and field visits to understand client requirements.
• Promote and sell hardware, software, and technology solutions based on client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to tailor solutions and ensure delivery.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, account plans, and pipeline reports while achieving targets.
• Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, events and networking activities.
