Job summary

CC Staffing International Ltd. is seeking experienced Sales Account Managers to drive business growth across government, retail, hospitality and charity sectors in Saudi Arabia.

You will sell technology hardware and software, build strong client relationships, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Role requires extensive field visits, travel within KSA, and the ability to present solutions that meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within technology or solutions industry.
• Proven experience selling hardware, software, IT solutions, or technology-related products and services.
• Strong B2B sales and account management experience with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Comfortable with outdoor sales, field visits, and travel to cover different locations within KSA with frequent client meetings.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi business environment and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outdoor sales, client visits, networking, and business development activities.
• Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and field visits to understand client requirements and identify opportunities.
• Promote and sell hardware, software, and technology solutions based on client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop appropriate solutions and ensure smooth delivery and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and pipeline reports while achieving assigned sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings, exhibitions, industry events, and networking activities.
