Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance web applications
• Be a hands‑on contributor, especially for complex features or critical fixes
• Mentor and support software engineers in their growth and development
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and designers to build impactful solutions
• Enforce high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation
• Architect full‑stack solutions using Next.js and Node.js
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries
• Implement clean, responsive UI using Tailwind CSS
• (Preferred) Integrate AI / ML features using Python
• Stay current with modern development trends, AI technologies, and fintech innovations

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development
• 2+ years in a leadership or Tech Lead position
• Expertise in Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and scalable UI frameworksStrong debugging, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
