Responsibilities

• Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open roles.


• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.


• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.


• Prepare interview materials and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.


• Assist with the preparation of job postings and advertisements.


• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.


• Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing offer letters.
