Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to support and lead key components of a major corporate strategy program for a diversified group. The role involves strategic assessment, benchmarking, developing vision/mission, designing KPIs, creating strategy maps, building initiative portfolios, and supporting governance frameworks.

This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands‑on experience in strategy development for family businesses, multi‑sector organizations, or diversified groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support current-state assessments across portfolio, operations, and financials
  • Conduct benchmarking, competitive analysis, SWOT inputs, and market insights
  • Assist in developing Vision, Mission, strategic themes and strategic objectives
  • Support KPI development: definitions, formulas, targets, and KPI sheets
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, initiative cards, and strategy documentation
  • Coordinate workshops, meetings, and data collection from subsidiaries
  • Prepare presentations and contribute to the final strategy report and appendices
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate planning
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
