Job summary

Sisco Jobs is hiring on behalf of its client for the position of Talent Hunter in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on sourcing suitable candidates through portals, networks, and referrals, screening resumes, and building a strong talent pipeline.

You will coordinate with recruiters and stakeholders, engage candidates, and maintain records throughout the recruitment process. Typical requirement: 1–4 years in recruitment; Bachelor's degree in HR/related field; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• MBA/PG qualification in HR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates through job portals, professional networks, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Identify prospective candidates based on job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments against role requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
• Engage prospective candidates and communicate relevant job opportunities effectively.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment progress.
• Support interview coordination and follow up with shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment process.
