Job summary

Nabors Industries in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop and implement recruitment strategies, partner with hiring managers, and build talent pipelines to meet workforce needs.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, conduct labor market research, optimize candidate experience, and leverage ATS and sourcing channels while occasionally traveling for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment technologies and employment branding.
• Ability to manage multiple high-volume hiring campaigns and senior-level searches.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers to align recruitment with workforce plans.
