You will drive end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, governance, and partner with senior leaders to attract high-caliber talent aligned with objectives.

Responsibilities include translating manpower plans into recruitment plans, overseeing processes, SLAs, and external agencies, while developing sourcing channels and an employer brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 9–11 years HR experience with 5–7 years in talent acquisition.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and managing multi-site recruitment.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and governance across diverse business units.
• Develop sourcing strategies and employer branding to attract top talent.
