Desired qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, and fluency in English and Arabic. Experience in the engineering consulting industry and knowledge of Saudi Labor law are preferred. Qualifications

• 3+ Years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.

• Full lifecycle recruitment of candidates including sourcing and interviewing.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Source applicants through online channels like LinkedIn.
• Plan interview and selection procedures including assessments.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
