Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment activities in Riyadh. You will partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, attract qualified candidates, and drive timely hiring aligned with business requirements.

You will manage sourcing through LinkedIn and portals, coordinate interviews and offers, and maintain recruitment trackers and reports to ensure compliance with headcount and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, monitor hiring progress, and prepare recruitment reports.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, approved headcount, and hiring budgets.
