SaudConsult in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across the organization. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and build a strong talent pipeline.

You will strengthen our employer brand in the Saudi market and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to onboarding, leveraging ATS and networks to fill current and future openings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future openings.
• Prepare offers and support onboarding for a smooth start for new hires.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and report on recruitment metrics.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at SaudConsult will play a key role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent across the organization. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

You will also contribute to strengthening our employer brand in the Saudi market and ensure a smooth, professional experience for every candidate from first contact to onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in consulting or professional services
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
• Experience with ATS and Microsoft Office
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to handle multiple roles at once
• Preferred: Knowledge of the Saudi labor market and Nitaqat, experience with Jadarat or Taqat, HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or HRCI)
