Job summary

YouGotaGift, a leading digital gifting platform, seeks a Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships in the KSA market. You will generate pipeline, manage relationships with enterprise and government clients, and help execute the go-to-market strategy across segments and campaigns.

Role focuses on building long-term partnerships, exploring upsell opportunities, and collaborating with product, marketing, and operations to deliver value to major clients in the region.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation in KSA.
• Strong prospecting and research skills with ability to reach decision-makers.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts in enterprise and government sectors.
• Generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, and market research.
• Secure discovery meetings and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Manage early-stage pipeline: outreach, qualification, and scheduling.
• Support onboarding and ensure smooth handover to account management.
• Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and long-term value creation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to structure offers and support deal progression.
• Provide market insights and contribute to go‑to‑market strategy.
