YOUGotaGift, a leading digital gifting marketplace in the UAE and KSA, seeks a Director - Business to drive regional growth, forge senior partnerships, and scale embedded solutions across loyalty programs, digital platforms, marketplaces and rewards ecosystems.

In this regional leadership role focused on KSA, you will engage senior stakeholders, own the growth strategy, lead end-to-end sales cycles, manage the pipeline and KPIs, and mentor a high-performing team while collaborating with product,

Qualifications

• Minimum 14+ years in business development, sales or partnerships with regional experience.
• Proven ability to engage senior executives and close complex deals.
• Strong commercial acumen with data-driven growth strategy.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage senior-level strategic partnerships across loyalty programs and ecosystems.
• Drive Embedded Solutions business growth in the region, with primary responsibility for KSA.
• Set regional business development strategy and expand relationships.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles including negotiations and closures.
• Own pipeline, forecasting and KPI reporting.
• Mentor a high-performing cross-functional team.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and operations for partner delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform growth.
