Job summary
A leading organization in Al Khobar is seeking an Associate Director of Accounting. This role oversees financial governance, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, and leads a team of accounting professionals. The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of experience in accounting, a strong understanding of financial reporting, and possess a relevant professional qualification like ACCA or CPA. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making within the organization.
Qualifications
- 9+ years of progressive experience in accounting, including supervisory or managerial experience.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and audit management.
- Proven track record in improving accounting processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the accounting function, supervising teams responsible for general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Oversee preparation and consolidation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and tax requirements.
