Responsibilities

• Manage sponsor-related deliverables throughout the lifecycle of sponsorship.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and internal teams.
• Maintain a centralized tracker for deliverables.
• Act as central communication point between sponsors and teams.
• Ensure sponsor branding meets agreed standards.
• Regularly update sponsors on deliverables and challenges.
• Provide necessary info for operational and logistical teams.
• Perform quality assurance checks on all deliverables.
• Collaborate to complete post-show report for sponsors.
