Candidates should possess a degree in Geology and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in GIS software like ArcGIS is required. This role operates within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in mineral exploration or geoscience data analysis, preferably with exposure to target generation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of geological models and target generation workflows.
• Compile and interpret geophysical, geochemical, and geological datasets.
• Support ranking and prioritization of exploration targets.
• Contribute to technical reports and presentations for internal reviews.
• Maintain and update target databases and GIS layers.
• Collaborate with geologists and data analysts to refine targeting strategies.

Job Purpose

To support the identification and development of mineral exploration targets through geological data analysis, modeling, and integration of geoscientific datasets. The Specialist contributes to building a robust exploration pipeline by applying mineral systems thinking and geospatial tools.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in the development of geological models and target generation workflows.
• Compile and interpret geophysical, geochemical, and geological datasets.
• Support ranking and prioritization of exploration targets.

Minimum Qualifications
