Job Purpose Statement

Maintain & Continually Improve the Safety Management System (SMS) in the regions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct & Review HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control) documents annually or when needed and keep the records up to date.
• Conduct periodical safety inspections for all places in the Unit & Staff camp.
• Being an Escort for the ISO45001:2018 internal, external Audit team & corp. safety Inspection to ensure the compliance of standard requirement.
• Initiate, identify and organize safety training of employees and executives.
• Organize the Drill in unit and camp, at least once a year.
• Verify are record & report accident/incidents and participate investigated.
• Maintain ISO 45001:2018 Standard and keep record for all safety related documents.
• Review regional monthly safety reports and to be shared with Safety section head & corp safety teams.
• Verify the effective corrective/preventive actions & its implementation for all Audit/Inspection findings.
• Implementing, and improving the safety plans, programs, and procedures.
• Reviews and countersign the internal and subcontractors’ work permits.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant safety legislation.
• Keep the Unit Safety Manager/Assist Manager in Charge informed on all regional safety matters.
• Support units to maintain the GACA R 151 Certification.
• Enforces safety guidelines implementations.
• Ensure the PPE’s inventory and compliance.
• Participate alongside with contractor during the firefighting system maintenance and monthly inspection.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties related to the job and/or the operation of the company, in accordance to the regulations of the Saudi Labor of Law.
• Dealing with data and information according to their level of classification.
• Avoid violating the rights of any person or company protected by copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property, or similar laws or regulations.
• Adhere to the acceptable use policy and Using Catrion information and technical assets only for business purposes.
• Obtaining the required permit from the security department or the owner of the authority in Catrion before hosting visitors in the company's specific sensitive sites.
