A logistics company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Specialist for its Logistics Center to support day-to-day operations in the distribution center. Job description

Job Purpose

The Specialist – Logistics Center supports the efficient day-to-day operation of the distribution centre across inbound, outbound, picking and inventory activities. The role ensures accurate system execution, inventory integrity, safe warehouse operations, and effective coordination with internal teams and 3PL partners to support service, compliance, and cost control objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate inbound, receiving, picking, outbound, and dispatch activities in line with operational plans and SOPs.
• Ensure accurate verification, documentation, and system posting of all warehouse transactions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through correct system execution, cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance investigations.
• Support control, tracking, and condition monitoring of MLE and MHE, reporting losses, damages, or safety concerns.
• Perform system reconciliations between physical stock and WMS / ERP records and elevate discrepancies.
• Coordinate and monitor daily activities of 3PL warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, compliance, and safety adherence.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, organisation, and warehouse discipline across all work areas.
• Comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, actively participating in safety briefings and incident reporting.
• Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
• Work shifts and weekends as required by operational demand.
