Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily spa operations, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
  • Schedule spa usage to maintain peak efficiency.
  • Maintain the highest service quality standards.
  • Prepare the annual budget in collaboration with the Rooms Division and oversee cost‑control measures.
  • Analyze service revenues and implement proactive actions to meet financial goals.
  • Introduce and update service offerings based on guest preferences and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with health and wellness professionals for specialized services or private sessions.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction regularly and adapt services based on feedback.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and continuous development of spa staff.
  • Organize work shifts in line with guest demand and business peak times.
  • Work closely with Marketing on promotions and guest engagement strategies.
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Develop internal promotions and exclusive offerings to increase footfall and loyalty.
  • Participate in executive meetings, providing insights on spa performance and improvement strategies.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Spa Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
  • Additional certifications in Beauty Therapy, Massage, or Wellness are highly advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in health club or hotel spa management.
  • Pre‑opening experience preferred.
  • 5 working days per week with 2 days off.
  • Flexibility required during high‑demand seasons.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
  • Willingness to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
