We are seeking an experienced Solutions Sales Professional – Modern Infrastructure to play a critical role in driving revenue growth by selling ZainTECH’s Modern Infrastructure solutions to enterprise customers. You will work closely with technical and delivery teams to shape customer roadmaps, propose integrated infrastructure solutions, and guide prospects through the sales lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities for ZainTECH’s Modern Infrastructure solutions (e.g., hyper-converged infrastructure, AI-computing, virtualization, software-defined storage, data protection, cloud infrastructure).
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of enterprise prospects in target industries.
- Develop and deliver compelling infrastructure solution proposals, demonstrating ROI, TCO, and technical value.
Solution & Technical Engagement
- Collaborate with technical architects, product specialists, and partners to design tailored infrastructure solutions.
- Conduct discovery sessions to deeply understand customer infrastructure challenges, workloads, and future needs.
- Present and demonstrate infrastructure offerings, including use of demonstrators or proof-of-concept as needed.
Customer Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor: guide customers on modern infrastructure best practices, modernization strategies, and hybrid cloud adoption.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with business value and technical feasibility.
- Work post-sale with delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Stay informed about infrastructure trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer needs.
- Provide market feedback to internal teams to drive product improvements, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Forecasting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regular updates on deal progress.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine sales strategy and set targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally selling infrastructure, cloud, or data center solutions.
- Proven track record of selling complex technical solutions (e.g., virtualization, storage, cloud).
- Strong technical acumen: understanding of infrastructure components (compute, storage, network), virtualization, strategy for cloud and on-prem deployments.
- Excellent communicator and presenter, with experience leading both business and technical discussions.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience closing mid- to large-scale enterprise deals.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, engineering, and customer success teams.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems is a plus.
