A leading technology company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Service Sales Executive to enhance customer relationships and drive sales. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 3 years of direct sales experience, and a strong customer service mindset. Responsibilities include generating sales leads, managing customer relationships, and executing sales plans. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Service Sales Executive to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers which are strategic or nationally / locally important. You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.
A service mindset is an outlook that focuses on creating customer trust, value, and loyalty and hence we are looking for someone with a proven track record of being a go-getter who understands how to partner and collaborate with the business. We need someone who has the ability to influence, is result-driven, and has strong commercial acumen skills. Ideally, we are looking for somebody who has good knowledge of the service industry.
