Job summary

A leading energy services provider in Al Khobar is seeking a Service Leader for Under Balanced Drilling. The successful candidate will coordinate drilling operations, provide necessary planning, and ensure customer satisfaction. They must possess strong leadership and communication skills and have over 9 years of experience in oil field drilling activities, including at least 6 years in underbalanced drilling. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in oil field drilling activities.
• 6+ years of experience in underbalanced drilling and/or managed pressure drilling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee GeoBalance Applications operations.
• Provide planning for personnel and equipment setup.
• Communicate with other PSLs and third parties.
• Mentor and train lower-level personnel.
• Interact with customers to exceed requirements.
• Follow up with customers for performance feedback.

Job Duties

Under broad direction, the sucassful candidates will be :

• coordinates and oversees GeoBalance Applications operations at the well site and base camp.
• Provides the planning necessary for the job including personnel, equipment set up, well site direction and customer related support.
• Must be able to communicate with other PSLs and third parties to ensure tool and well site activity capability.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills required. Mentors and trains lower level personnel in areas of expertise.
• Interacts with customers and supervises the activities of completion of services and/or shop personnel to exceed customer requirements.
• Job emphasis is on personnel development, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Contacts customer for performance follow-up and to plan future work.

Qualifications

Skills are acquired through completion of a high school diploma and 9+ years experience in oil field drilling activities including 6+ years of underbalanced drilling and/or managed pressure drilling.
