Job Description

Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

  • To complete assigned tasks by co-coordinating the activities of the service staff assigned, recognizing and meeting customer needs, maximizing output, controlling costs, and implementing safety regulations while ensuring the highest standards of work.
  • Organize all documentation (Materials, Invoices, PODs, SDRF,) and be ready for any Audit (Internal / External)
  • Carries out any other duties related to another area as assigned by the TP&S Team Leader ( O&M and assigned Jobs.)
  • Controls the activities of the Customer Service staff assigned; assists, guides, and counsels them as necessary; monitors job performance.
  • Daily customer interaction with commercial and field service teams on customer sites.
  • Reviews services and liaises with Sales and Engineers to obtain necessary inputs regarding customer requirements.
  • Prepares work schedules; allocates work; monitors performance and time spent on assignments; takes positive action to eliminate problems, and waste and guarantees customer satisfaction.
  • Processes orders and materials requests, follow up to progress timely delivery.
  • Submits regular reports to the Line Manager (Monthly) and keeps them informed of progress and of customer needs as appropriate.
  • Adheres to the Executed and Ensures it is fit-for-purpose (budget and schedule)
  • Promote Veolia Products and maintain our Service's quality in all aspects.
  • Comply with QHSE regulations.
Qualifications

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering

Experience : 1 - 3 years of experience in the same field

  • Follow the road traffic rules while driving to and from home to work (fasten seat belt, maintain speed limits, never use mobile / eat / drink / smoke while driving, drive in a fit condition).

  • Before visiting any site, factory, and / or warehouse, make sure to inform the safety team to get the right induction and prepare LMRA and the needed PPE.
  • Always maintain office safety such as keeping your files / papers in the correct place, keeping the drawers closed after use, arranging the electrical cables secured to avoid slips & trips, reporting any lost connections or damaged electrical components, and ensuring your office is clean and tidy.
  • Report to HR / HSE if you are facing stress, fatigue, any form of harassment, or bullying at the workplace.
