A global energy company is seeking a Service Director II to oversee operations in the GCC region (excluding UAE). This role requires a seasoned leader with over 12 years of experience in the service line, capable of managing multi-discipline teams and driving sales targets. Responsibilities include client interaction, contract negotiation, and performance management. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Travel will be required for this position.

The role is open in any GCC country except UAE.
The Service Director II will oversee specific geographic area and work with clients to help facilitate business needs and requests for their customer base. This position will recruit and hire prospective employees, manage field personnel, meet financial and sales targets, negotiate contracts, and establish and meet productivity metrics.
