Job Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and understand vehicle concerns clearly
  • Prepare job cards and explain required services and costs
  • Coordinate with technicians and workshop supervisors
  • Ensure customer approval for estimates, advances, and additional jobs
  • Update customers on service progress and delivery timelines
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and smooth vehicle handover
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain service records and follow company SOPs
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
  • Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills (ERP / service software knowledge is a plus)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet service targets
