Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Underwriter to assess and underwrite group and credit life insurance proposals, ensuring sound risk evaluation and competitive pricing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and underwrite Group Life and Credit Life insurance proposals in line with company guidelines.
  • Analyze group demographics, risk factors, and financials to determine appropriate terms and pricing.
  • Collaborate with sales, actuarial, and operations teams to support client acquisition and retention.
  • Review existing group portfolios and recommend renewal terms and risk management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Group Life and / or Credit Life Underwriting.
