Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Proven track record of shipping successful digital products.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Experience in a senior or lead design role.

Responsibilities

• Research customers, competitors, and products.
• Develop personas, scenarios, and user stories.
• Work with stakeholders to identify requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mock‑ups.
• Develop and implement usability testing.
• Design for accessibility standards.
• Work with developers to ensure product quality.
• Coordinate with product managers and marketing to maximize customer success.

Skills

Expert proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)

Understanding of front‑end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics)

Experience with design systems and component‑based design

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)

Familiarity with Wireframing/prototyping tools

Education
