Job Description
As Senior Sales Manager, you play a key leadership role in driving the hotel’s overall sales performance and revenue growth. With a strategic, results-driven mindset and strong commercial acumen, you lead business development initiatives, cultivate high-value client relationships, and contribute to positioning the hotel and Radisson Hotel Group as a preferred partner in the market.
Lead the identification, targeting, and development of new and existing accounts to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and partners through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and high-level presentations, delivering tailored proposals aligned with client needs and hotel offerings.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial terms to secure profitable and sustainable agreements.
Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure accurate management of sales activities, pipelines, and client data within the hotel’s CRM system.
Take ownership of achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, budgets, and KPIs.
Proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong sales acumen with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Solid negotiation and contract management skills.
Results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in sales tools and CRM systems.
Good knowledge of the local market and relevant industry trends.
