Your Role
  • Achieve the assigned business sales plan by proactively identifying and pursuing revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Develop a healthy and sustainable pipeline of qualified opportunities to support ongoing sales growth.
  • Increase Carrier’s reach and visibility within the customer base through consistent engagement and strategic communication.
  • Drive an increase in customer booking orders by presenting tailored solutions that meet business needs.
  • Demonstrate a strong results‑driven mindset, ensuring consistent progress toward business and performance targets.

Minimum Requirements
  • 5 + years of Sales in HVAC business
  • Mechanical Engineer bachelor degree
  • Experience in HVAC contracts, and sales
  • Experience in Service Modernization
  • AutoCAD, Salesforce knowledge nice to have
  • Good market knowledge and good business network
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English
