We are expanding our Talent Management and Recruitment operations at 700Apps , and we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to lead our business growth in Saudi Arabia , specifically within white-collar and IT recruitment .
The ideal candidate will have strong connections within the KSA corporate and technology sectors, a solid track record in generating recruitment leads, and the ability to build long-lasting client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients across the KSA market, with a focus on white-collar and IT recruitment.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Develop tailored proposals, quotations, and commercial offers for recruitment and staffing services.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with decision-makers, HR Directors, and senior leaders in KSA-based organizations.
Client Relationship Management
- Build, grow, and manage strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Understand client hiring needs and provide strategic, value-driven recruitment solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze recruitment trends in the KSA market, assess competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.
- Develop and execute a market expansion strategy aligned with company goals.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with the Talent Management & Recruitment team to ensure efficient delivery on client requirements.
- Share market insights to support continuous improvement in service offerings.
Reporting & Performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, pipelines, and closed deals.
- Track KPIs, revenue targets, and overall sales performance.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Business Development within a Recruitment Agency.
- Mandatory: Experience dealing with Gulf clients (KSA / UAE / Qatar).
- Strong network with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business Leaders in GCC.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to close deals.
- Proven ability to generate leads independently (not only account management).
- Familiarity with IT roles (Software, DevOps, Cloud, ERP…).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and hit monthly targets.
