Job summary

A construction firm in Riyadh is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost and commercial aspects of projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical), or Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction/contracting companies within KSA.
• Strong knowledge in one or more disciplines (Arch/Civil/Electrical/Mechanical).
• Excellent understanding of contract forms, cost control, and project execution.
• Proficiency in QS software, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and cost-management tools.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs based on drawings and specifications.
• Conduct cost estimation and prepare BOQs based on project documents.
• Review and interpret contract documents and assist in contract administration.
• Prepare RFQs and evaluate subcontractor performance.
• Prepare monthly progress valuations for client submission.
• Monitor project cost against budget and report variances.
• Liaise with project teams and attend client meetings as necessary.
