• 6-10 years of experience in property management, facilities management, or real estate operations (preferably in commercial or mixed–use assets).
• Strong knowledge of real estate operations, FM contracts, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day property management operations across assigned real estate assets and projects.
• Ensure all properties are maintained to high standards.
• Conduct periodic site visits, inspections, and audits.
• Manage vendor performance and service-level agreements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, expenditure control, and operational expense management.
