The project:

This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands‑on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub‑contract packages.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Champion safety practices and uphold Mace’s safety first values.
  • Blend main contracting and consultancy experience with strong stakeholder management.
  • Lead hands‑on project and construction management, ensuring on‑site delivery and commercial performance of high‑end, luxury assets.
  • Coordinate technical services, external resources and project teams for the client.
  • Collaborate with contractors, sub‑contractors, design teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement, design, project brief, fees, claims and variations.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets and risk mitigation to meet programme milestones.
  • Maintain robust quality systems and oversee documentation and handover processes.
  • Drive best practice, actively network and utilise Mace expertise.
You’ll need to have:
  • Degree in civil engineering, construction management (or equivalent).
  • Professional membership i.e. MCIOB (or equivalent).
  • Middle East experience is an advantage.
  • Major project experience is essential.
  • Main Contractor experience £250+.
  • Consultancy experience £1bn+.
