Due to expansion and new vertical market acquisitions, they seek a Production Manager with a strong FMCG background, preferably in poultry.

Role Overview: As Senior Production Manager, you will oversee multi-functional teams to efficiently process poultry products in a state-of-the-art, fully automated facility, ensuring quality standards and internal customer requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise overall production processes, ensuring HACCP principles are upheld.
2. Motivate, support, and direct Team Leaders to meet performance targets.
3. Review team performance and implement improvements.
4. Conduct meetings and briefings to communicate goals and updates.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Production Management role within a fully automated poultry or food environment.
