Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Alliances Senior Administrator for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will manage a large volume of SIs, connect partners with internal teams, and drive partner training and certification programs from our base in Saudi Arabia.

The role requires 3+ years in channel management, a bachelor’s degree, and fluency in Arabic and English. You will work closely with the Regional VP Alliances Middle East to accelerate partner success and contribute to Salesforce's AI-driven CRM

Qualifications

3 years of professional experience selling or within channel management in tech or SaaS environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, or related field.
Fluency in Arabic and English; existing visa required.

Responsibilities

Drive an ACV number via partner pipeline within the network of system integrators.
Act as the central liaison between external partners and Salesforce internal teams (Direct Sales, Business Development, Customer Success).
Assist with partner training logistics, marketing events, and ensure partners maintain certifications and pipeline tracking.
Enablement: use internal tools to boost partner certifications and implementation skills.
