Job summary
A leading oil and gas company in Saudi Arabia is seeking experienced professionals for a strategic communications role. Candidates should have 8-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector. The role involves developing and delivering corporate communication strategies and engaging with senior executives. A bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field is essential, and fluency in English is required, with Arabic as an advantage.

We are hiring for the leading oil and gas company in KSA!
- FOR Experienced position - Eight to twelve years of experience in strategic communications, either in-house or in a consultancy. Experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy Sector is preferred, with a technology background and regional experience also desirable.
- FOR Mid Career candidates - 1–5 years of relevant work experience. Experience using government portals and online application systems.
- Strong academic credentials, with a Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced or professional qualifications in Communications or related disciplines are also desirable.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering a multi-channel corporate communications strategy within a global, diversified, and agile organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and project management abilities.
- Demonstrated professional gravitas, credibility, and diplomacy to effectively engage with senior leaders and executives.
- Ability to confidently present to senior executives and clearly articulate communication strategies, activation plans, and KPIs.
- Capable of interpreting technical terms, information, aims, and objectives, and translating them into clear and compelling communication concepts for stakeholders.
- Fluency in written and verbal English; Arabic language skills are not mandatory but considered an advantage.
Preferred Major Study in Bachelor’s Degree: Communications/ Project Management, Business Administration, Education, International Communication, or a related field from a recognized and approved program
Work Experience: Strategic communications, either in-house or in a consultancy; experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy Sector and a technology background is preferred, with regional experience also desirable.
