Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Riyadh is seeking a Deputy Resident Engineer – Mechanical with extensive site supervision experience in complex MEP projects. You will lead mechanical activities on site, review drawings, coordinate with structural, architectural and electrical teams, and ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence across HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and related systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
Saudi National candidate required.
Minimum 8 years of site-based experience on construction projects with mechanical systems.
Strong experience with HVAC, smoke management, plumbing, firefighting, escalators, elevators and MEP construction works.

Responsibilities

Lead the mechanical discipline for the fit-out team and provide technical direction during site construction activities.
Provide engineering support for all mechanical works on site, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, smoke management, elevators and escalators.
Monitor mechanical construction activities against drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
Review contractor mechanical shop drawings and coordinate with structural, architectural, electrical and other disciplines for design integration.
