Job summary

Parsons Corporation seeks a Lead Mechanical Engineer - Building Systems in Riyadh to lead mechanical design and construction oversight for large-scale public facilities. You will direct design reviews, inspections, and MEP coordination across disciplines, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 14+ years in mechanical engineering with stadium/project experience and a strong background in ERP/SAP systems, codes, and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 14+ years of progressively responsible mechanical engineering experience, with construction oversight.
• Experience delivering stadiums or large public venues preferred; PMC background advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and wider MEP interfaces.
• Ability to interpret building codes and engineering standards; MMUP/UPDA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for mechanical engineering activities across the project lifecycle.
• Direct mechanical design, installation, inspection, and multidisciplinary coordination on complex facilities.
• Coordinate interfaces among MEP disciplines to prevent conflicts and ensure constructability.
