A logistics company in Jeddah is seeking a leader for the Digital Marketplace Team. Candidates should hold a relevant degree, preferably a Master's, and possess at least 10 years of experience in supply chain and logistics operations. This role supports ambitious projects in Saudi Arabia's Red Sea area, emphasizing sustainability and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years in a supply chain and logistics operations field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Marketplace Team.
• Support the Digital Marketplace Team with Systems functionality and strategy.
• Execute endorsed plans and programs to achieve organizational and departmental goals.
• Develop continuous improvement plans to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and maintain KPI’s and key metrics.
• Ensure all transactions are strictly documented in the IT systems.
• Establish performance measures and priorities for each operation.
• Maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by RSCTC Management.

Education

Recognized degree in Information Systems and Supply Chain Management related field (MSc preferred)

Job Purpose:

In the RSCTC Systems, lead the Digital Marketplace Team in the selection, implementation and support of the Digital Marketplace Platform.

• Lead the Digital Marketplace Team;
• Support the Digital Marketplace Team with Systems functionality and strategy;
• Execute endorsed plans and programs to achieve organizational and departmental goals and objectives;
• Develop continuous improvement plans, programs and activities to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial, transacting, and data operations;
• Monitor and maintain KPI’s and key metrics;
• Ensure that all transactions are strictly documented and updated in the IT systems;
• Establish performance measures and priorities for each operation;
• Maintaining proactive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
• Prepare periodic (daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc) reports
• Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by RSCTC Management
