Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a proactive and innovative Senior Manager - City IT BRM & Business Analysis to lead our efforts in aligning technology with business requirements within our City Development department.

This strategic role is responsible for ensuring that IT solutions effectively support the business goals and enhance the operational capabilities of the city planning and development initiatives.

Your primary focus will be on managing relationships between IT and various business units to identify needs, recommend appropriate technological solutions, and oversee the execution of IT projects that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

You will establish frameworks for business analysis to facilitate data-driven decision making and support continuous improvement processes.

As a leader, you will mentor a team of IT business analysts and oversee the execution of technology-enabled projects, ensuring they align with both current and future needs of city development and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the liaison between the IT department and business units in the City Development sector, advocating for business needs in the IT strategy.
  • Identify and analyze business requirements and provide technical recommendations that support operational excellence.
  • Lead and manage business analysis teams through project lifecycles while ensuring delivery meets timelines and quality standards.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather inputs, refine business requirements and set project priorities.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation, ensuring alignment with technological solutions.
  • Monitor project performance, deliverables, and milestones while providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Stay informed of emerging technologies and industry best practices that can enhance city IT operations and contribute to Qiddiya’s vision.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline (Master’s degree is preferred).
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, demand management, business relationship management (BRM), or IT consulting.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with senior executives and cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously, think strategically, and offer innovative solutions.
  • Skilled in the development of Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and business cases.
  • Familiarity with demand or portfolio management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Clarity, or similar).
  • Outstanding facilitation and analytical capabilities.
  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or ITIL are preferred.
  • Excellent skills in communication and stakeholder management.
