Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 10+ years in maintenance management.
- Strong knowledge of SBC, Saudi Labor Law, and regulatory standards.
- Certifications such as PMP, NEBOSH, or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance operations for multiple construction and infrastructure projects.
- Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers and contractors on maintenance activities.
- Monitor maintenance teams and provide guidance, training, and support.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and ISO standards (ISO 45001, ISO 9001).
- Manage budgets, procurement and inventory of tools and spare parts.
- Implement sustainability initiatives aligned with Vision 2030.
