Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 10+ years in maintenance management.
• Strong knowledge of SBC, Saudi Labor Law, and regulatory standards.
• Certifications such as PMP, NEBOSH, or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations for multiple construction and infrastructure projects.
• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and contractors on maintenance activities.
• Monitor maintenance teams and provide guidance, training, and support.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and ISO standards (ISO 45001, ISO 9001).
• Manage budgets, procurement and inventory of tools and spare parts.
• Implement sustainability initiatives aligned with Vision 2030.
