Job summary

BEC Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its HO Projects Department in Riyadh. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to align with Saudi Vision 2030 and client expectations. The role involves managing risks, maintaining regulatory compliance, and promoting sustainability with LEED/Mostadam

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience leading large construction/infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Develop detailed plans, schedules, and budgets using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients.
• Monitor progress, assess risks, and implement mitigation actions.
• Ensure compliance with SBC, ISO 45001, NEBOSH and Aramco standards.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients.
