BEC Arabia is seeking a Senior Procurement Officer to join the Procurement team in Riyadh. You will lead end-to-end procurement for megaprojects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements while collaborating with project teams and suppliers.

The role emphasizes driving cost optimization, maintaining high quality standards, and mentoring junior staff in a multinational environment as part of Vision 2030 initiatives in Saudi Arabia.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction/engineering.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement tools.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
• Familiarity with SBC and ARAMCO standards.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Manage end-to-end procurement process including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and PO issuance.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and regulatory standards.
