The role emphasizes strategic planning, risk management, and adoption of digital tools such as BIM and Primavera P6 to optimize performance on high-profile projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required.
• 12+ years in civil construction management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Professional registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong knowledge of SBC and ISO 45001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale civil construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with SBC, ISO 45001, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve challenges.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to avoid delays or overruns.
• Monitor site activities to ensure quality and safety.
• Oversee procurement, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
• Drive BIM and Primavera P6 adoption to enhance project efficiency.
• Collaborate with sustainability teams for green building goals (Mostadam/LEED).
