Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale civil projects.
• SCE registration is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local regulations.
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with OSHA, NEBOSH, and ISO 45001 safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed engineering designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Primavera P6.
• Monitor safety, quality, and regulatory compliance including SBC.
• Ensure adherence to Saudization (Nitaqat) and other labor laws.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance.
• Prepare and review project documentation and progress reports.
• Implement LEED/Mostadam sustainability practices where applicable.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and oversee approvals.
