You will ensure compliance with local regulations and manage submissions for building permits. The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience in this field, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, and strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code. This role involves coordination with various government entities and internal departments to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of proven experience in building permit licensing within Saudi Arabia.
• Full familiarity with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and related municipal regulations.
• Professional classification with the Saudi Council of Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review project drawings and documents for permits.
• Coordinate with Riyadh Municipality for regulatory approvals.
• Manage licensing applications through relevant platforms.
• Supervise engineers in the Licensing Department.
