Qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience in sales, with 2–5 years focusing on CX/contact center buyers.
• Experience in CCaaS, conversational AI, or CX software.
• Fluency in Arabic and deep knowledge of the Saudi/GCC market.

• Own ARR targets and drive revenue growth quarter over quarter.
