Job Summary

This position is within the ELV Operations Department and he will assist Operation Manager in day to day work activities.

The primary responsibility is to assist in Testing and Commissioning field operations support for our engineers, technician and clients.

The Operations Dept. is responsible for overall Testing & Commissioning management including bid tendering, contractor selection, cost tracking, field operations, field supervision, quality control, data analysis, as well as HSE management.

Job Responsibilities

• Provides new and innovative solutions to our clients needs by proposing advanced techniques for testing and commissioning activities as per best practices available globally.
• Provides on the job and classroom training to the team and updates them for any latest changes in technology and methodology.
• Develops and creates Department Plans at the onset of all field operations.
• Works with HSE Engineer in support of the safety programme.
• Travels to worksites to conduct safety audits of various subcontractors.
• Assists in developing, implementing and managing the Test and Commissioning Strategy to ensure that project Special Systems fulfil all related contractual obligations.
• Prepares and ensures timely submission of project‑wise timesheets as per the prescribed standard of the Company.
• Arranges for the preparation and submission of all testing and commissioning plans as required by the contract.
• Reviews all testing and commissioning plans before submission.
• Supports the implementation of HSE initiatives, participates in safety awareness activities, and contributes to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies.
